A new service for owners rent their apartment for the summer, and get a quick return.
We provide a confirmed reservation.
Our services:
- Your apartment is advertised on our website: www.playasdealgarve.com as well as in other sites of international magnitude.
- Contacts and make reservations directly with tenants.
- Once confirmed, we provide details of your new tenant, you agree to the entry form in the apartment.
Cost of service:
- The recruitment service is FREE.
- 15% Commission for each stay made.
- Pay 50% of stay at the same instant that provides backup, after deducting our commission. The rest is paid by the tenant to the landlord on the day of entry.
